Fees and Insurance

Stone Family Chiropractic Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets.

Insurance

Many insurance plans cover our services though the type of coverage depends on your individual policy. For this reason, we ask that you bring your insurance card at the time of your first visit. Our office will be happy to contact your insurance company to find out what your specific coverage is, what your copay is, your yearly deductible and whether that deductible has been met. In many cases, you are responsible for a deductible and a portion of the fee not covered by your contract. If your insurance does cover chiropractic care, we will file your insurance forms for you.  Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits to you.

We are currently in-network providers with Cigna Healthcare, and if other insurance companies (Blue Cross, United, Aetna, etc.) have chiropractic coverage for out of network providers, we will be able to accept your insurance and file for you.  We also accept most auto accident cases, call us for details.

No Insurance

If you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover chiropractic care, you will be given the opportunity to get involved in a program that makes the care you need available at affordable fees. Preferred Chiropractic Doctor (PCD) is a membership organization for patients that allow them to receive care at more affordable rates from participating PCD Providers. Our office is a participating member of PCD. Through PCD, you will receive discounted rates at our office. See our office or www.bewell2.com  for more details.

Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

Family Plans

Our focus at Stone Family Chiropractic Center is to actively help you and your family in taking responsibility for your health and wellness. We assist and guide you to take the time to care for the important people in your world: you and your family.  In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family plan that is specific to you and your family.

Health on a Budget

At Stone Family Chiropractic Center we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us.  The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.  Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.

Payment Options

Payment for all services are due at the time chiropractic care is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Our office accepts cash, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover as forms of payment.
